General Terms and Conditions

1. The caravan will not be a display product; it will be brand new and unused.

2. All safety precautions must be taken by the buyer company after the delivery of the caravan. The buyer will be responsible for any accidents occurring during loading, transportation, unloading, and stacking processes regarding occupational safety.

3. The product will be of first-class quality and manufactured with top-grade materials. TSE and E certificates will be available on the products.

4. Service manuals, maintenance handbooks, and user guides prepared in Turkish for electrical devices will be delivered to the buyer company along with the product.

5. The caravan must have a Vehicle Type Approval Certificate approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology, which is mandatory for road use permits. These documents will be delivered together with the caravan.

6. Delivery time is 30 days after the down payment is made. The down payment is 50% of the product price. After the remaining payment is completed, the transportation will be organized.

7. If applicable, all machines will be delivered in working condition.

8. The invoice will be issued after the remaining payment is completed.

9. All transportation services to be performed are the responsibility of the buyer.
